Scope
These terms govern use of https://maplecorelawncare.com and the MapleCore customer portal. Service agreements, quotes and contracts you accept through the portal contain the specific terms for the work performed and take precedence over this page where they conflict.
Quotes and proposals
Quote requests are free and create no obligation. Every proposal is prepared and approved by MapleCore staff before it is sent. Any figures shown before approval are estimates only. When online accounts are enabled, you can accept or decline a proposal in your account. An acceptance records the account, typed name, time and proposal details. The team then contacts you to confirm scheduling.
Scheduling
Service dates depend on weather and site conditions. We will contact you about schedule changes using the contact details provided for your service. You are responsible for providing safe access to the property on scheduled days.
Snow and ice services
Winter services are triggered by the accumulation thresholds in your agreement. Response windows are targets measured from the end of snowfall and may extend during major storms. Ice management reduces but cannot eliminate slip hazards.
Payment
Invoices are due on the date shown. Seasonal contracts are invoiced in instalments as described in the agreement. Overdue balances may result in paused service.
Cancellations
One-time services may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled date. Recurring and seasonal agreements may be cancelled as set out in the agreement.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Liability
MapleCore carries commercial general liability insurance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the services in question, except where the law provides otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
