Do I need to be home for service?
You do not usually need to be home if the crew can reach the agreed service areas. Confirm access arrangements directly with the team before the visit.
Can I pause service while I am away?
Contact the team with your dates and property details. We will confirm any change to the schedule and how it affects your agreement.
How do I pay for recurring service?
Your proposal or service agreement sets out the payment schedule. Seasonal snow contracts are invoiced in monthly instalments. Card payment is not offered through this website.
What if I am not satisfied with a visit?
Contact the team by phone or email with the property address and a description of the issue. We review every report and discuss the appropriate next step with you.
