Who we are
MapleCore LawnCare (“MapleCore”, “we”) is a division of MapleCore Construction, operating in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through https://maplecorelawncare.com and our customer portal, and how we use it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Contact details you provide when requesting a quote, contacting us or creating an account: name, email, phone and preferred contact method.
- Property information needed to prepare your quote: address, property type, measurements, service choices and the details you enter in the request. The website does not currently offer photo uploads.
- Account and service records: account details, quote requests, proposals and proposal responses when online accounts and forms are connected.
- Technical data such as IP address and browser type, which hosting and connected form services may process for delivery, security and abuse prevention. This website does not currently load analytics or advertising measurement tags.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, manage your account and communicate about requested services. Records may also be needed to deliver agreed work and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
The website is served by our hosting provider. When online accounts and forms are enabled, Supabase provides authentication and stores the account, enquiry and quotation records needed for those features. The website does not currently process card payments or provide automated address lookup or text notifications.
Photos
The website does not currently accept photo uploads. If the team asks you to share property photos by another method, they are used to assess the requested work. We publish customer property photos on the website only with the owner's written approval.
Retention and security
Account and service records are retained for as long as needed to provide service and meet applicable obligations. When online accounts are enabled, access to account and quotation records is controlled by the connected service's authentication and access policies.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@maplecorelawncare.com. We respond within 30 days.
Browser storage
When account access is enabled, the authentication service uses browser storage to maintain your signed-in session. The current website does not load Google Analytics, Google Ads or other optional tracking tags.
If a form reports that online submissions are unavailable, the form has not sent your details to the team. An email-draft link opens your own email application; the message is sent only when you choose to send it there.
Sign out after using your account on a shared device. You can remove locally stored sign-in information through your browser settings. Unsubmitted quote drafts are not saved by this website.
