MapleCore LawnCare is the property maintenance division of MapleCore Construction, serving homes and commercial properties across Toronto, Etobicoke and Mississauga.
Why a construction company maintains properties
We started the division because our construction clients kept asking who would maintain the properties we built. The answer was to bring the same approach to maintenance: defined scopes, fixed schedules, documented work and one person accountable for the account.
Today we provide lawn and grounds care through the growing season and snow and ice management through the winter, for individual homes, multi-residential buildings, plazas and commercial sites.

We do not claim to be the biggest crew in the GTA. We aim to show up on the day we said, do the scope we agreed, and leave a record of it.
