Ice forms without snow. Freezing rain, melt and refreeze cycles make lots and walkways dangerous even on clear days. Ice management applies salt or ice melt based on monitored weather data and surface conditions, not just after a plow.

Applications are logged per event with product and quantity, so you have a record of what was applied and when.

What is included

  • Pre-treatment based on monitored weather data
  • Post-plow salting of lots and aisles
  • Walkway ice melt application
  • Product and quantity logged per application

Salting & ice management: common questions

Is salting included in snow contracts?

It is quoted as a separate line so you can choose per-application or unlimited seasonal salting.

Do you offer alternatives to rock salt?

Yes. Calcium or magnesium chloride blends are available for concrete and landscape-sensitive areas.
